Phillips Corporation started the For Pete’s Sake Pete’s Partners program in 2011 as a way to increase employee morale, encourage a strong community and help cancer patients and their families take a break from cancer. Phillips Corporation currently has 63 employees participating in the Pete’s Partners program, with plans to continue to increase their employee involvement.
